The bulldozers with SD16 hydraulic drive series enjoy the high technology content, advanced and reasonable design, high power, efficiency and convenient maintenance, applicable for the harsh operating environment. It is suitable for the pushing, digging, filling of the earth, stones and other bulk materials at the roads, railways, minerals, airports and so on, indispensable for defense engineering, mineral construction, urban and rural roads, water conservancy construction and others. SD16, SD16C, SD16E, SD16F, SD16L & SD16R bulldozers are of the hydraulic drive type with power up to 120kw (160hp).
The mounted Weichai WD10G178E25 engines feature the high power, easy maintenance, high combustion efficiency, meeting the China-II emission standards. In addition, SD16-3(CE) bulldozers have the Cummins QSC8.3 engines, meeting the Euro III emission standards.

Fuel systems adopt the mechanical pressure injection technology, featuring the low fuel consumption.
The convenient operations, the higher power output and the production efficiency are achieved due to the steering system with hydraulic assist and the transmission with both the planetary power shift and the compulsory lubrication.
The three-element hydraulic torque converters with the single-pole singlephase have the simple and reliable structure, as well as the improved adaptability. Furthermore, it could steadily transfer the power to the drive system, effectively protecting this system and thus improving the bulldozer ride comfort.
The final drive adopts the spiral bevel gears, stage-I reduction and splash lubrication types.
The steering clutches are of the wet type, the multi-disc spring compressor, the hydraulic release and the manual-hydraulic operating type. The steering brakes are of wet, floating belt and hydraulic assist types.
New hexahedral cab has the large internal space and the widened vision, with the excellent seal structure keeping the noises and the dust out. Furthermore, the two-purpose A/C with high power could enhance the safety and comfort.
The instruments on the console are reliable and thus give the intuitive and accurate readings, as well as an alarm. The seat and handle could be easily adjusted, steered and changed in speed. In addition, the handle throttle is at left side, giving the comfortable experience to the operator.
The bright HID Xenon bulbs could guarantee the night construction and the safety by emitting the wide illumination range.
